We’ve brought together many of the perspectives gained through our projects including the Jamboree, our Lab Engagements, QuBr, and in the making of Permission to Muck About, and those perspectives into these 5 short films. Each film explores the nature of Design Research from a different perspective, through the 5 levels the conversation gets increasingly nuanced and complex. The format is inspired by Wired’s 5 levels series.

Anyone is free to screen, study, debate, or use these films in discussions about Design Research. Do get in touch and let us now what you think of them!.

Thanks to Wash Studio for supporting the production. Thanks to Dave, Katy, Mia, Andy and and Rick for taking part. Thanks to UKRI Development Network for helping fund this work through the Jamboree.
